DIRECTIONS
Apply after priming skin with Full Spectrum Full Spectrum Matte Mattifying Primer or to fresh, clean skin. Pump product into hands and place a few dots onto face (each cheek, forehead, chin, etc.) using fingertips. Then blend out the product using a makeup brush, sponge or fingertips
